Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier, and office mail.
  • Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic documents.
  • Prepare, print, scan, photocopy, and organize office documents.
  • Maintain proper records of audit files, client documents, engagement letters, and statutory documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, engagement letters, invoices, and payment follow ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
