Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships
- Assist with project coordination, including document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Maintain office supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure a smooth and efficient office environment
- Effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors via email, phone, and in person
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Requirements
- Experience in UAE (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent follow up and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
