About the Role
Abu Dhabi Printing and Publishing LLC is seeking an Admin cum Secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support to management. Duties include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining files.

Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial service to management including attending phone calls, typing letters, writing and distributing emails, organizing papers, and managing files
- Prepare various reports, minutes of meetings, and other documents as required
- Coordinate and facilitate Manager calendar to arrange meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Receive, greet, screen, and manage visitors and phone calls
- Receive, screen, assess, distribute, and maintain incoming correspondence
- Make travel arrangements in coordination with other departments, prepare itineraries, compile and maintain travel records and vouchers
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform various executive and administrative assistances in a confidential manner
- Coordinate with finance departments to maintain relevant reports for tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a Fresher (Required)
- English language proficiency (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel 25% (Preferred)
