The role serves as the first point of contact, manages front-office operations, and supports administrative and sales teams.
The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle general inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for service, sales, and other departments.
- Process bills and assist customers with questions about charges or accounts.
- Maintain accurate and confidential customer and vehicle records.
- Perform filing, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Operate phones, computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Liaise with service and sales staff to support smooth communication and operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- At least two years of administrative and receptionist experience in the automotive, garage, or new showroom industry.
- Proven customer service and multitasking skills.
