Admin cum Inventory Controller

Garden Perfume Factory is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Admin cum Inventory Controller to support our growing operations.

This role is central to keeping our administrative functions and inventory systems running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records, including stock movement, reorder levels, and stock reconciliation
• Prepare clear, well-organized reports and data using MS Excel
• Manage core administrative functions, including documentation, filing, and data entry
• Liaise with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination of stock movement and dispatch
• Support day-to-day office operations and contribute to process improvements

• philipino nationality preferred
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, data organization)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the perfume or fragrance industry
• Proven ability to manage inventory systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
