Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration and documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general administrative activities
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Support leave management, visa documentation, and HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR related activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
Requirements
- 1 3 years of relevant experience in Administration, HR, or Office Management
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent telephone etiquette with a polite and professional approach
- Well kempt and presentable in appearance with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Job Summary
