Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrator cum HR to lead and manage all administrative and human resources functions across our KSEIBI UAE branches.
  • This multifaceted role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, office administration, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure operational alignment with KSEIBI’s strategic goals and foster a supportive, efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off boarding, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Resolve employee issues, manage grievances, and promote positive employee relations.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits efficiently.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees across all UAE branches.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and manage company documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Manage front office tasks including call screening, visitor management, and email correspondence.
  • Demonstrate company products and services to clients and assist in customer interactions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administrative cum HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Proficient in Administrative tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Preferably holds a residence permit and can provide an NOC.

Salary

  • Starting from 2500 AED per month
