Responsibilities
- Create graphic designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
- Prepare artwork files for production and coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- Prepare quotations and understand basic costing
- Communicate with clients and coordinate internally
- Handle documentation, follow ups, and reporting
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in advertising, signage, printing, or branding industry
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Good knowledge of signage materials, printing techniques, branding, and production processes
- Experience in preparing artwork files for production and coordinating with suppliers/vendors
- Ability to prepare quotations and understand basic costing
- Good communication skills for client coordination and internal teamwork
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities (documentation, follow ups, reporting)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Self motivated, disciplined, and detail oriented
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi / UAE market and corporate clients
