About the Role
STARTEX HUB is looking for an Admin cum Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support administrative functions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions
- Prepare quotations, invoices, payment receipts, and journal entries
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Follow up on outstanding payments and customer receivables
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative records
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts related matters
- Support general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills

Job Description
