Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Administration and Coordination

• Handle daily administrative operations and maintain strict physical and digital document filing.
• Coordinate directly with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare customer quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage payment follow-ups.

Accounting and Finance Bookkeeping

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, and customer accounts regularly.
• Manage petty cash disbursements and track company expenses.
• Assist with VAT-related documentation, tax filing preparation, and monthly financial reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum two years of proven UAE experience in a combined accounting and administration role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience maintaining records according to ISO standards is preferred.

Pay

• AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
