Administrative Duties
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government authorities when required.
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, leave records, and employee documentation.
Accounting Duties
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process employee expense claims and petty cash transactions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and statutory payments where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems).
Required Skills
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• SALARY 3000 AED - 4000 AED
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
