Overview
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate **employee logistics**, including transportation, accommodation, site mobilization, and staff requirements.
- Support **HR administration**, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and staff documentation.
- Coordinate with **PRO** for visa applications, renewals, Emirates ID processing, labor and immigration matters, and other government-related documentation.
- Maintain and organize employee files, company records, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Liaise with site teams and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum **8*-** years of experience* in an administrative role, preferably in the **construction industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **logistics coordination, HR administration, and PRO processes**.
- Experience working with **site teams and operational staff** is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office applications**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
