Admin Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Associate (Fresher) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating office activities, and providing operational support to ensure smooth business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Clerical Tasks: Managing mail, typing, filing, and data entry.
• Communication: Responding to inquiries, both internal and external.
• Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, Managing files, Event coordination and assisting with general office upkeep.
• Materials Management: Managing materials stock Pantry-HK-Stationery-Merchandise
• Travel Management: Booking of tickets for Air-Train-Road travel for employees, sharing the details with them, end-to-end coordination.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with vendors for the services as per contract terms.
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborating with different teams and departments for day to day supports and requirements.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.) and software (word processing, spreadsheets, G-suite etc.).
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve basic issues related to office operations.
• Positive Attitude: A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Education: Typically, a graduate student pursuing a degree related to business administration, office management, or a related field.
