This position is employed by the staffing agency and assigned to work onsite at LG Energy Solution.

Based on business needs and individual performance, temporary associates may be considered for direct employment; however, conversion is not guaranteed.

The Production Administrative Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Production team by coordinating meetings, maintaining production records, processing departmental requests, tracking inventory and supplies, and assisting with production floor activities as needed.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Monitor and manage inventory of department supplies, equipment, parts, and production materials.
• Process purchase requests, electronic approvals, and receiving documentation.
• Track, organize, and maintain production work logs and departmental records.
• Coordinate department meetings and maintain meeting documentation.
