Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate team members
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Research and book hotels, ensure travel itineraries are efficient and cost effective
- Assist with preparation of travel documents, such as visas and itineraries
- Oversee scheduling of property maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure properties are in top condition
- Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements and maintenance logs
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required
- Support management with ad hoc tasks and project coordination

- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role

- Immediate Joiner: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant / Secretary to join our team.
