Responsibilities
- Keep a record of appointments and meetings; ensure meetings are conducted smoothly and on time
- Maintain a diary to follow time bound schedule of the leader and inform him about the next day's schedule
- Take notes, dictation from the boss and colleagues for drafting correspondence or executing work
- Handle complex situations involving managerial or administration conflicts/issues
- Arrange travel itineraries, plane tickets, hotel bookings and other requirements
- Maintain archives of letters, documents and paperwork
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems; route and distribute incoming mail; answer/reply to routine calls, letters and emails
- Type correspondence and reports using word processing software; prepare tables, indices, charts, graphs
- Actively contribute towards development and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Perform any job related activities as requested by immediate supervisor/manager

- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages; route and distribute incoming mail and answer/reply to routine calls, letters and email messages.
- Type correspondence and reports using word processing software; prepare tables, indices, charts, graphs and other visual aids.
- Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Perform any job related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
