Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal coordination
- Maintain organized folders for contracts, NDAs, and client documents
- Handle basic accounting administration including invoices, follow ups, and tracking
- Support HR administration by coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with property listings by uploading and updating platforms
- Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and clients to ensure smooth communication
- Track leads, inquiries, and property status while ensuring all documentation is complete
Requirements
- Understanding of local government RERA rules and regulations
- Understanding of documentation/agreements related to transactions between clients and developers
- Experience in UAE real estate operations is highly preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience in a digital marketing or tech company is preferred
- 2 4 years of experience in an Admin or Operations role
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic marketing tools
