Role Description
This entry-to-mid level role supports core office operations and administrative workflows.
The role reports to an office, administrative, or operations lead and collaborates with internal teams and external vendors.
The position is responsible for maintaining a functional and welcoming workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations.
- Order and maintain office supply inventories.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and office equipment servicing.
- Schedule travel logistics, meetings, and meeting facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with petty cash and vendor invoice verification.
- Maintain administrative records and support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant administrative or business field is required.
- One to two years of practical office operations experience is required.
- Experience with office suppliers, comparative quotes, purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and inventory is required.
- Ability to manage meeting schedules, executive travel itineraries, and meeting facilities is required.
