Overview

We at EBS are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our operations and client service teams.

Career level: Junior / Executive Experience: 1+ years Salary: To be discussed.

Key skills required:

1+ years of administrative or office experience (UAE experience is a plus).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Professional phone and email etiquette.

Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.

High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and scheduling.

Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation.

Support the team with data entry, follow-ups, and document collection from clients.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and courier/government submissions.

Answer incoming calls and emails and route them to the right team member.

Assist management with reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
