About the Role
PRISM (formerly OYO) seeks a proactive Admin Assistant to support finance operations, tenant management, property administration, and compliance for hotel and apartment assets in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Handle day to day administrative and office coordination tasks
- Maintain organized records, contracts, tenant files, and company documents
- Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and management updates
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests
- Track tenant rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding expenses, budgets, and vendor payments
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding administrative matters
- Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, move ins, and move outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a similar role
- Experience working with tenants, lease agreements, rent collections, and property administration is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
- Currently based in the UAE and available for face to face interviews
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference

Administrative Support
