- Manage and respond to internal and external email communications promptly and professionally
- Organize and maintain office files and documents, both physical and digital
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, expense reports, and petty cash management
- Update and maintain various trackers (e.g., project, client, expense) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
- Support team members with general administrative duties
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed
- Ensure the office environment is organized and supplies are well stocked
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Tagalog and English (Required)
