About the Role
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant to support managers by completing clerical tasks, scheduling, menu design, and maintaining office supplies. Requires one year of administrative experience and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, answering and responding to telephone calls and messages
- Schedule travel arrangements when needed
- Prepare departmental communication pieces
- Assist in menu design and production for weekly, seasonal, and annual features
- Maintain menu par in outlets, printing replacements as needed
- Assist with restaurant reservations and OpenTable requests
- Support F&B FOH and HOH operations by preparing purchase orders, assisting with inventory counts, etc.
- Support restaurant management teams by maintaining MICROS system, programming menu items, updating offerings based on menu changes
- Coordinate and maintain vendor/supplier information
- Order office supplies and ensure that the department is adequately stocked
- Unify and maintain all internal documents
- Ensure all office equipment, printers, and phones are maintained and fully functional
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- One (1) year experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is preferred

Summary
- The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant is an essential member of the team. This role aids the Managers by completing administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
