Role Overview
The company has openings for an Admin Assistant / Customer Service Representative role supporting a UK-based business.

Location
- The role is based at Omni Group, M2 Floor, Burj Nahar Mall, Al Muteena, Dubai.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM, aligned with UK working hours.
Salary
- Salary is AED 2,800 per month and increases to AED 3,000 after a successful three-month trial period.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential for direct communication with UK clients over calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK-based clients.
