About the Role
Touch of Health Rehabilitation Center is hiring an Accountant / Administrative to handle invoicing, financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory management. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and financial documents accurately
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform data entry and prepare basic financial reports
- Support reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage daily emails, correspondence, and communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate approvals and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Previous experience in accounting, admin, or inventory/stock management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and trustworthy

Job Overview
