Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Arabic speaking female administrator to support our daily office operations. Fresh graduates and entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support activities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations
  • Communicate with clients and government authorities in Arabic and English
  • Support management with administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Arabic and English language proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not required
