Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and professional Admin & Sales Executive to join Q USA Auto Shop and Trading.
- This role is essential for handling customer interactions, managing sales and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- The successful candidate will possess strong experience in automotive service and parts, be highly organized, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle sales transactions, issue job cards, and brief technicians on assigned tasks.
- Provide timely updates to customers on service progress, respond to calls, and manage communication via WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send accurate job estimates and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to assign job cards, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and sales updates.
- Maintain organized records of each job in one unified estimate and support after sales inquiries.
- Schedule work assignments effectively to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Confirm all completed work meets quality standards before notifying customers.
- Address service challenges promptly by working with mechanics to ensure optimal pricing and service delivery timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in the automotive service and parts industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing customer expectations, quality service, and problem resolution.
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and experience with relevant software is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary based on experience and skills.
- Pay: From QAR 2,500.00 per month.
