Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in both administration and sales coordination, preferably within the advertising, trading, or retail industry.
  • This role requires someone who can effectively manage office administration while supporting the sales team in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the office and management.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales related documents.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, and after sales support.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing.
  • Monitor sales orders from enquiry through delivery.
  • Assist in sourcing products and obtaining supplier quotations when required.
  • Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets.
  • Perform general office administrative duties and maintain organized filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 5 years of experience as an Admin & Sales Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in the advertising, promotional products or trading is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supplier coordination.
  • Understanding of import/export documentation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

Salary

  • Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
