Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative support to the office and management
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales related documents
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders, deliveries, and after sales support
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order processing
- Monitor sales orders from enquiry through delivery
- Assist in sourcing products and obtaining supplier quotations when required
- Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets
- Perform general office administrative duties and maintain organized filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as an Admin & Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in advertising, promotional products, or trading is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience using ERP systems or accounting software is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
