Overview

  • Manage daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient office functioning
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs smoothly at optimal/minimum cost
  • Handle local purchasing and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain office vehicle log books, including tracking fuel expenses and GPS records
  • Assist in obtaining, renewing, and managing required licenses and permits
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory compliances are met and up to date
  • Support certifications and audits (e.g., HACCP, corporate audits) through proper documentation and coordination
  • Manage petty cash, track expenses, and ensure purchase alignment and approvals
  • Coordinate between local buying, warehouse, and import teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using Excel and digital tools
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to management and internal teams
