Overview
- Manage daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient office functioning
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs smoothly at optimal/minimum cost
- Handle local purchasing and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Maintain office vehicle log books, including tracking fuel expenses and GPS records
- Assist in obtaining, renewing, and managing required licenses and permits
- Ensure all legal and regulatory compliances are met and up to date
- Support certifications and audits (e.g., HACCP, corporate audits) through proper documentation and coordination
- Manage petty cash, track expenses, and ensure purchase alignment and approvals
- Coordinate between local buying, warehouse, and import teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using Excel and digital tools
- Provide administrative and coordination support to management and internal teams
