- Coordinate administrative support and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Generate detailed reports using Excel for management review
- Provide day to day office management support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator or similar role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in real estate administrative processes, especially contract drafting and management
- Hands on experience with Bayut and Property Finder property portals
- Skilled in using Excel and comfortable with computer based tasks
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
