Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with an Admin/Accounting background to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain financial records and data entry accuracy
- Prepare reports, expense tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support payroll and basic accounting activities
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in administration and accounting support
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
