Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support: correspondence, documentation, paperwork, and filing
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting duties, including invoicing and maintaining financial records
- Prepare profit & loss reports and financial summaries
- Manage tagging, filing systems, and internal records
- Support general office operations, calls, and correspondence
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE
- Proven experience covering both administrative and accounting functions
- UAE tax experience — VAT filing and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (trial license provided)
- UAE driving license preferred
Salary
AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month
