Other Duties Specific to this Position

• This position may require Certified Production Technician certifications in order to teach for Randolph Community College. This requirement will be communicated with the incumbent prior to employment with the college.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Required: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years full-time work experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with training in Industrial Safety, Quality Practices/Measurement, Manufacturing Process and Production, and/or Maintenance Awareness. Preferred: Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Systems, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field More than 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Teaching experience at the Community College level Experience teaching or administering a Certified Production Technician program, or similar Experience in all four training areas: Industrial Safety, Quality Practices/Measurement, Manufacturing Process/Production, and Maintenance Awareness.
