Reports to: Department Chair, Automotive Schedule: Work schedule primarily evening and weekend hours, with occasional daytime assignments as needed Status: Part-time The Adjunct Automotive Instructor provides instruction to students in the Automotive program in accordance with established course outlines and college policies. The position includes teaching students in areas such as engine repair, electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, transmissions, and diagnostics. The instructor is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on, and theory-based instruction that prepares students for employment in the automotive industry and/or industry-recognized certifications. Instructs students of varying ages and skill levels, including high school students who may be new to automotive technology, as well as adult learners seeking advanced training or industry certification.
