About The Role

What You Will Do

• **Campaign Execution:**
• Set up, traffic, and meticulously manage programmatic job ad campaigns across direct and partner channels.
• **Real-Time Monitoring:**
• Monitor campaign performance in real time, rapidly identifying delivery issues and optimization opportunities to ensure maximum ROI.
• **Data Analytics:**
• Analyze spend, click, apply, and conversion data to generate actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• **Cross-Functional Alignment:**
• Coordinate directly with Account Managers and clients to align technical campaign settings with their overarching hiring goals.
• **Infrastructure Management:**
• Maintain and improve internal campaign tracking systems, tagging architectures, and attribution frameworks.
• **Technical Troubleshooting:**
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across ad serving, feed delivery, and integration pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:**
• 2–4 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
• *(Note: Experience within HR tech is considered a strong plus).*
• **Platform Expertise:**
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), or job distribution networks.
• **Analytical Chops:**
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• **Technical Knowledge:**
• Deep understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
• **Execution:**
• High attention to detail and the proven ability to flawlessly manage multiple overlapping campaigns simultaneously.
• **Communication:**
• A clear communicator who can easily distill complex campaign data into simple, actionable narratives for non-technical clients.
