Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in‑office days.
Accountabilities:
Support pricing, reserving, and other actuarial functions through data-driven analysis.

Gather, validate, and organize data used in actuarial models and business decision-making.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Successful completion of at least one actuarial exam.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to a non-technical audience.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
