As an Activity Aide at Chartwell, you’ll have the fulfilling role of creating meaningful experiences that support the well-being of our residents.

Your creativity, compassion, and energy will help shape a vibrant community that supports residents' wellness across all dimensions.

• Help plan and deliver programs that support all dimensions of wellness
• Encourage residents to take part in daily activities and special events
• Monitor and record participation and engagement levels
• Support a safe, welcoming, and inclusive activity space
• Prepare and share calendars, posters, and newsletters for programs
• Previous customer service experience; working with seniors is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
