ACL Termly Hours Tutor

You'll be confident working with adults who may be returning to learning, as well as those facing barriers such as physical or mental health challenges, learning disabilities or social disadvantage.

You'll also bring:

• Experience of teaching non-accredited exercise courses in community settings.
• An understanding of the Education Inspection Framework and Ofsted requirements.
• A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive practice.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent and health and safety responsibilities.
• Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills, including maintaining learner records and registers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues and community partners.
• The ability to adapt your teaching approach, work independently and respond confidently to the challenges of community-based learning.
