Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Review daily revenue reports and ensure accuracy across all hotel outlets
- Supervise Income Audit activities and ensure strong internal controls
- Manage supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections
- Support payroll review and monthly financial reporting
- Lead, train, and support a small accounting team
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Requirements
- At least 2 years hotel accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, SunSystems, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management abilities
