Position Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive for its finance team.
The role manages client invoicing, payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables, financial records, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client invoices and receipts using Tally ERP.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Monitor ageing reports and manage debtors effectively.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and reconciliations.
- Identify discrepancies and trends in financial data.
- Support debt collection processes for multinational clients.
- Handle VAT, invoicing, and Withholding Tax requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare accounts receivable reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain complete records and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or debt collection.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of VAT, invoicing, and Withholding Tax.
