Role Overview
Manage and support efficient financial operations related to tenant transactions.
Handle accounts receivable activities accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile tenant payments with tenant accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue and dispatch invoices to tenants promptly.
- Collect due amounts while maintaining professional tenant relationships.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on dues, collections, and outstanding amounts.
- Maintain regular tenant follow-up to support timely payments and address queries or concerns.
- Work with related departments to resolve issues affecting accounts receivable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including diplomatic handling of sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying SAR 4,500 to SAR 6,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
