About the Role
Accuracy Plus Medical Laboratory seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3+ years of UAE-based AR experience, preferably in healthcare. The role involves managing the end-to-end AR cycle, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and compliance with UAE regulations.

- Oversee invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation
- Actively monitor receivables and manage follow ups via calls, emails, and physical visits
- Prepare aging reports and provide status updates to management
- Maintain records in line with UAE financial and VAT regulations
- Work with Operations and Billing teams to resolve payment disputes
- Assist in month end closings and provide documentation for internal/external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 3+ years of UAE based AR experience
- Healthcare/medical sector experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of UAE accounting principles and VAT regulations

Overview

Pay
- AED 3,500 AED 5,000 per month
