We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and issue invoices.
- Collect job numbers and ensure following client payment procedures.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
