Role Overview
Manage accounts receivable activities, customer payments, collections, and credit-related follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receivables, ageing reports, invoices, and outstanding payments.
- Analyze customer payment behavior and plan effective follow-ups.
- Handle high-value customers strategically without affecting business relationships.
- Negotiate payment plans and improve collections.
- Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse before releasing products to customers with outstanding balances.
- Monitor credit limits, overdue accounts, and payment commitments.
- Handle payment disputes and account reconciliation.
- Prepare collection reports and escalate critical accounts.
