- Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts to minimize revenue loss
- Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or comparable platforms
- Experience with GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non financial stakeholders
