Key Responsibilities
- Post, record, and verify daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and current accounts receivable records.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile customer statements and account balances.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue balances.
- Record and reconcile customer payments, receipts, and related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies, invoice issues, and disputed balances.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Support senior accounting team members with financial reports, account schedules, VAT workings, and other accounting reports.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation, records, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in line with company procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks as required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience posting, recording, and verifying daily financial transactions in an accounting system.
- Experience maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
- Experience preparing and reconciling customer statements and account balances.
- Experience following up with customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments.
- Ability to support month-end closing and account reconciliations.
- Experience or ability to support financial reports, account schedules, VAT workings, and accounting-related reports.
