About the Role
AVENTURA Components FZE is hiring an Accounts & Purchase Executive for its Abu Dhabi office. The role combines accounting duties (bookkeeping, VAT filing, reconciliations) with procurement tasks (purchasing, supplier sourcing, order tracking).

Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day books of accounts using Tally, Quickbooks and Zoho.
- Process accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle UAE VAT filing and ensure FTA compliance.
- Raise and track purchase orders through to delivery confirmation.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Coordinate with operations team on procurement needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 2–4 years in accounting and/or purchasing.
- Proficient in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
- Experience in a trading or distribution company preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Role Description
- Handle day to day purchasing and procurement operations, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and purchase management systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source and procure materials as per requirements.
