Role Overview
The ideal candidate can accurately track and record cash flow and maintain a financial information database.
The role requires identifying and resolving accounting and payment issues, including 1099 tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Review and record vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
- Process employee expense reports and escalate discrepancies appropriately.
- Use approved vendor and payment policies to avoid unauthorized invoices and expenses.
- Maintain 1099 records and generate the related year-end report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger systems and accounts payable processing.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
- Detail-oriented work style.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
