The role is an Accounts Payable and Payments Officer position focused on accounting and supplier payment activities.
Role Activities
- Manage accounts payable processes and supplier payments.
- Use ERP or accounting systems for accounting and payment-related tasks.
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions for accounting and payment-related work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or accounts payable role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and supplier payments.
- Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, FOCUS, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, and conditional formatting.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
