Role Overview

Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payment requests, and supporting documentation accurately.
• Review invoices for completeness, approvals, coding, and compliance with internal procedures.
• Maintain accounts payable records and transaction information.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies or outstanding balances.
• Coordinate payment schedules and support timely settlement of approved invoices.
• Communicate with suppliers about invoices, payments, queries, and discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payables and provide payment-status updates.
• Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify improvements to payment processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant accounts payable, accounting operations, or finance experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and payment procedures is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and transaction documentation is required.
• Accuracy, numerical ability, organization, communication, and supplier-management capabilities are required.
• Proficiency with financial records, spreadsheets, and accounting systems is required.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with remote finance teams is required.
