Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and vendor management.
• Oversee accounts receivable duties, including invoice generation, monitoring, and collection of outstanding payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare necessary reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AAT, CPA) are a plus.

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
